Volunteer Accident Insurance Application

This is a medical/accident insurance policy to cover your volunteers.  It is designed to pay medical costs if a volunteer  is injured while participating in an activity sponsored by your theatre group. It covers volunteers only. Any paid person, in whatever form, is excluded under this insurance policy's coverage.  This is not a stand alone policy. It can only be purchased in addition to another policy.

Directors & Officers Liability Application

This is a specialized liability coverage to protect those who serve as officers, on your board of directors or as committee chairpersons. Directors/Officers of volunteer organizations are just as liable as D&O's of for-profit organizations.
